METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept PayPal payments on any online store order. PayPal is not accepted for purchases at our Somerville Store.

If PayPal is your preferred payment option feel free to call us at 908-307-3376 or e-mail us at
elysiumantiques@comcast.net with a list of items you would like to purchase. We will reply with your total and instructions to send payment via PayPal.

PERSONAL CHECKS
Sorry- Elysium Antiques does not accept Personal Checks.

MONEY ORDERS
If you are using a Money Order for an online catalog purchase, it must arrive within 10 days of sale date. After day 10, items will no longer be held and we cannot guarantee that they will still be available for purchase.

CASH
For your protection, we do not except cash by mail.

LAYAWAY POLICY

* Layaway for 30 days only.

* A 50% NON REFUNDABLE- NON TRANSFERABLE deposit is required.

* We accept Cash or Money Orders only for Layaways at the Somerville Store.

* Any missed payments will receive ONE courtesy phone call, followed by ONE courtesy e-mail.
- If no response is received within three days of the courtesy call or the courtesy e-mail, whichever occurs last, item will be return to the showroom floor and the layaway agreement will be canceled.

* The initial 50% deposit will be kept by Elysium Antiques as a restocking fee. No Exceptions.

* Sale or marked down items are not eligible for layaway.

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

* No Exchanges or Returns on Sale Items - No exception.

* If you stop into our Somerville store with the item, we will gladly give store credit in the form of an Elysium gift card.

Returns on Shipped Items
* The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of any returned product. Upon receiving the returned item, we will mail an Elysium Gift Card in the amount that the customer paid (excluding shipping and sales tax).

* Our Elysium Gift Certificate is valid for one year from the date issued.

* Elysium Gift Certificates can not be redeemed for cash or be credited to your credit card.

* Elysium Gift Certificates can not be applied towards items on layaway.

Sales Tax

Elysium Online Store is only obligated to withhold NJ sales tax for delivery within New Jersey. Customers outside of New Jersey will not be charged NJ sales tax.

Shipping

* All shipments will be sent by the United States Postal Service.

* We do not estimate shipping charges. Shipping charges will be added to your subtotal after we have an exact USPS quote. By placing an order with us you agree to the shipping rate that USPS charges us.

* Rates will include USPS insurance in case of damage or misplacement during transit

* Orders worth more than $250 will require a delivery signature

* Please allow Elysium 3-5 business days to ship merchandise, then allow USPS 7-10 business days for delivery.

* Please call the store for shipping methods other than standard delivery.

* Contact us by phone or e-mail and we will respond with the exact shipping charges.

* No items will be shipped outside of the United States.
